The function rooms are for exclusive use of Two Serendra unit owners, tenants and /or residents and their immediate dependents. No sponsorship is allowed.
The unit owner or resident shall furnish the Building Administration a guest list and a copy of the invitation (if applicable) distributed to the event. The invitation will serve as security pass to the premises.
Booking should be cancelled at least one (1) day before the date of the event or function. Otherwise, a charge of Php1,000.00 will be levied for late cancellation.
Condominium Corporation personnel are not allowed or authorized to provide special assistance or undertake any special duties related to private activities, even if requested by unit owners or residents
