Bookings are restricted to private gatherings by a resident and his/her/their guests.
The use of the Meranti Barbecue Area may be booked for a minimum of four (4) hours at Php 600.00 including the placement of two (2) Iwata fans. Additional booking hours will be charged at Php150.00/hr.
Eating is allowed in the designated barbecue area from 8:00 am to 12:00 mn. Grilling is allowed from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm only.
Condominium Corporation personnel are not permitted or authorized, even if requested by a unit owner or resident, to render special assistance or undertake any special duty or task in connection to any private activity and event.
